Green card production after ELIS

did u already received your green card?. mine has been mailed this morning.

I don't have a GC since I am a US Citizen.

My in-laws were the ones that immigrated and they received them one month after they arrived. The GC manufactured facility is somewhere in KY. USPS said it was going to take two days to get here by Priority Mail, but they were hand delivered the next day.

Yes, my case status had that message from Dec 24 2014 until today. It took a lot longer than what I have seen to be the average. My case on ELIS was Optimized from Dec 24 2014 and still is right now, but the date has updated to today's. I expect and hope it will finally go to Closed in about a week's time.

The only thing, is that my wife has not gotten an actual letter in the mail about the case that supposedly was mailed February 20, 2015 nor the welcoming letter. I know that at the Juarez Consulate before the interview the verified her USA address and also at the port of entry because I was with her when she turned in the packet. Has anyone gotten the green card and never the letters that they supposedly sent?

Where can I find the tracking number for the green card?

I have come to a conclusion, that when I emailed USCIS ELIS about the green card that's when they started moving on my case. Because before that nothing was happening. So my suggestion to those that have paid ELIS and entered USA. Send an email requesting when the green card will be done otherwise it might just no move along.

my situation is exactly like yours but I am still in the process status which was updated yesterday. the notes in the tracker has not changed.

any idea what is going on?

It wasn't updated at all until today. I'm thinking either my packet got put on an incredibly slow/overworked employee's desk, or it was misfiled somewhere and found recently. I called USCIS and spoke to a Tier 2 officer about a week or two ago to ask what the hold-up was, and he told me to have patience and call back on March 10th if I hadn't had it by then. I like to think that got things moving lol

When you call USCIS on 1-800-375-5283, you choose the option to enter your case number, then after it reads off the current status, it gives you the option to speak to a representative. When you get put through, they'll ask some questions about your case, and that's when you say you want to speak to a Tier 2 officer. Tier 2 are actual immigration officers who can properly look into your case.

I said to him something along the lines of "I entered the US on Nov 24th, paid the ELIS fee on Nov 22nd and have yet to receive my Green Card. Why is it taking so long?". He told me to wait until March 10th to call back because, per his words, I should be receiving it around the end of Feb/beginning of March. Then by magic, my card went into production today so I'm hoping I will see it in my mailbox soon!

I cannot do it. because i cannot to get to the position to upload the passport, so the rest of information do not get saved.

I updated my address and that was it. You don't need to upload your passport to do that. You don't need to fill in the profile section at all in all honesty. They get all the info from the huge package you gave to them at the POE.

I do not see the"save" option to save address without going to the end which is upload the document.

As I cannot go the section to upload my pass
