I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

It should say online. If not call USCIS.

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

Waiting...

You need to go to the USCIS website and either logon to your case status update account or just enter the case number from the BIO appointment letter. When it comes up, it will say that the USPS has pickup your package and can be tracked at www.usps.com and the tacking number will populate the tacking field and the information will come up. They also have the tracking number within all that information. When they send the e-mail the tracking number is something like #DCN, but the scrtipt they are using to have that automatically transfer to the e-mail is all jacked up, so you have to go to their website and get the information. Too bad that it is not in the e-mail.

Congrts on the card,

Dave

The tracking number would be in the online update....unless they did an other update.

Usually USCIS send 3 emails updates:

1. We order production of your new card.

2. The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on XX-XX-XXXX - At this stage your online update that will show the tracking number.

3. On XX-XX-XXXX, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file - if USCIS update your online status at this stage then the tracking number may no longer show.

Don't worry, you should get your new card withing a few days. If they ship it priority mail (ours was) it will take 2-3 mailing business days - depending on where you live.

I posted about this in another thread today. My online status says that the card production was ordered on June 10th. I have had no updates since then at all. I know they say it takes 30 days, but compared to what others have been posting about how long the card takes to come, this seems like an awfully long time btwn card production and mailing. Today is June 28th!! :(

How did you get the tracking info?. I only got an email on Friday saying that they had ordered the production of my car and then today i just got another email saying they had mailed my card today at the address they have on file. I logged in to my account on the USCIS website and they do n ot show a tracking number either. Did they send you another email with the tracking number???.

As Messybrownhair states, it will update again when the USPS actually picks up the package and assigns it a tacking number. Then you logon to teh USCIS case status page to get the trackig number. Please reread post #3 where I give the events in order of occurence.

Thanks Dave and Roza. I had indeed read your post above, but then i read post #4 below you and he states that the steps are different. I have received the mailed card email, and i thought that was the last step. So i figured i missed the tracking number or something.
