DOMA has been ruled unconstitutional! My Australian spouse can now begin the process of getting an IR-1/CR-1! Now we can update our timeline!

The I-130 will be filed on June 27, 2013.

18-June-2018 - Notice of interview received

26-July-2018 - Interview  - APPROVED!!!

26-July-2018 - Oath Ceremony Scheduled

17-Aug-2018 - Oath Ceremony
