There is no way to apply for it again - you already applied for it with your spousal visa. You wait for it to come.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

Agree to above post. You will receive your GC in the mail and it could take 4-6 weeks. I got mine after 4 weeksdancin5hr.gif

It can take a few months to get the green card. That is why the endorsed visa in your passport serves as your temporary green card for 1 year.
