Got this notice!!! I have been in contact with my congressman, but it's unclear if they had actually inquired into my case.

"On July 10, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

Also I got no e-mail or text. I just randomly checked, and it was there now. I checked earlier about 2 hours ago, and it didn't say this.

Now I'm worried, since everyone is getting this now.

I didn't receive this and my NOA2 is from June 13. Sigh

Thanks. We are all in the same boat after all. Hey maybe we will even run into each other in the embassy down the line lol. :)

My theory is just that these cases are just thrown into the same boxes by all the adjuctators, who themselves are all working on different speeds and on different date batches. So they get mixed up in these boxes. And the boxes are shipped one by one, or few at a time. So that's why we see some who were approved a while back still waiting while some who were approved later seeing theirs shipped. Basically it's the mix that we see in the file processing, only much more out of whack because they are boxed as such.

NOA2 6-19-13-shipped out to NVC 7-10-13, looks like they are moving them folks, so now I guess we give them 15 days to receive and process it.
