Hello,

I recently read about someone that filed in January and already got approved for their K1. I filed since Dec 06 2012 and all I've got so far is a letter saying that my case got transferred from NVC to TSC. It's been over 6 months and still no news, is this normal? how are they approving people from Jan when im still waiting since December!??!

Please share any comments.

We are dec 17th,transferred from Vermont to Texas in May along with lots of others.Very frustrating to see later applicants getting processed from Vermont after we were transferred but to be honest,we are used to it now.Just need to hang in there a few more weeks and we will hopefully hear good news.Good luck all.
