Good news to report June-ers. Got a letter in the mail yesterday saying our petition was APPROVED!! Weird tho, I didn't get an email/text update notifying me of a change thru USCIS. I even checked the

Congrats to those getting approved.

I am just updating the table for completeness

We did not receive a biometrics appointment (or CR189 receipt) mail which is odd because we've never had "lost" mail.

After a month, we called the USCIS and put in a service request.

They setup a new biometric appointment later.

I have no idea if this resets our place in the queue, I guess we will find out soon.

Wow, just got the approval letter out of the blue.

Weird thing...we were notified we were transferred to CSC...but the approval signature block on the NOA says it was approved in Charleston, SC. Maybe these are really being transferred to local offices?

Congrats to you all! Magdasal, by any chance did your online status change as well?

Happy to hear that all the transfers are getting processed quickly. Congrats again guys!!

And nope, my online status still shows 'initial review' even now. I'm not sure if it's ever going to be updated. Don't care too much though content.gif

Hope yours and everybody else still waiting gets a fast approval! I really think they are processing them faster than I've ever seen.

On 21 Sept at 4:43 PM I update the list with the date we got the green card. At some point someone used an older list to update or removed our greencard date. In any case the version used the last few days is NOT correct! It needs to be compared to the version belowed, plus later changes and corrected. I do not know if my added date is the only one now missing.

Post office located our green card late yesterday two towns over from us. dancin5hr.gif It was delivered today. Next stage in Spring for USC. We wish everyone good luck with the process. We also hope you have a wonderful fall.
