Been awhile, two years went by really fast. Sending ROC package in on the 5 of June. Vermont center. Wish everyone the best.

DAY 1 - 21/03/2011....USCIS received packages I-130, I-485, I-765 (ups)

DAY 4 - 24/03/2011....Received e- notification for all forms

DAY 8 - 28/03/2011....Received I-797c hard copy

DAY 15 - 4/04/2011....Received I-797c for biometric and RFE for I-693

DAY 16 - 5/04/2011....Send RFE for I-693 to USCIS

DAY 19 - 8/04/2011....USCIS received RFE (ups)

DAY 22 - 11/04/2011...Email notice RFE received by USCIS

DAY 29 - 18/04/2011...biometric done

DAY 55 - 14/05/2011...Email notice they ORDER PRODUCTION ON CARD,(11/05/2011)

DAY 57 - 16/05/2011...2nd CPO notice

DAY 58 - 17/05/2011...Email notice of APPROVAL

DAY 60 - 19/05/2011...Received EAD card

Good news to report June-ers. Got a letter in the mail yesterday saying our petition was APPROVED!! Weird tho, I didn't get an email/text update notifying me of a change thru USCIS. I even checked the

Yeah, these two years did go by fast! I am planning to send our ROC package this Monday. We're pretty much done with it expect for a couple of things, but I know we will get it done tomorrow. smile.png Good luck to us all!

Hi jahbeauty, I noticed your topic title has typo! "FilTer" instead filer biggrin.png

You should ask moderator to change title wink.png "I-751 June 2013 Filers" would be great!

Our ROC package is finished, all packaged up, sealed and ready to go! Planning to go to the Post Office first thing tomorrow after eating breakfast. :)

I m almost done getting all the papers together, my lawyer wanted us to have 3 witnesses s statements so we need that too and I hope she can mail that pile of papers next week.

I know we ll feel much better once s that done and then time to wait and I really hope we have no interview to go to, first interview we went I felt like a criminal or something...

I cannot help to feel frustrated sometimes when I think about all the papers we had to put together and then I read on the newspaper the other day that about 54.000 illegals in my state are gonna get their driver licenses just like that...

I know driver license doesn t mean green card or anything like that but it pisses me off that it seems the better you wanna do things the harder they make it on you...

Anywways gotta take these negative thoughts out of my head and hope for the best, we know we are doing things right!! :)

Our ROC package was delivered to the CSC today. I really wonder when my husband's biometrics will be, just because we have to travel to Portland do that, which a long drive, and we want to plan a trip around it. Hopefully we'll know in a couple weeks.
