we got an update, Im worry cuz it says re-affirmed case to the Department of State ?

how we know if it is approved or not?

Post Decision Activity

On February 11, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Approval from NSC! We were also sent to the Department of State.

NOA1 6/28, transferred to NSC 12/04, approved 2/11.

Congratulations!! I'm glad to see Nebraska working and hope this means good things ahead!

Its funny how the visa journey estimate of NOA2 keeps moving up while there is no real action on June uptil now. Was touching march before and now it's from jan to feb 20! Hope it's true lol.

I don't think it is about priority dates anymore! I think it is about the date of transfer now!!!

Does anybody think so?

I don't know, but our PD is June 3, 2013 and transferred to Nebraska on December 18, 2013. No word yet. Called once again today (Insert sarcasm) and this time I got a voice recording saying wait 180 days after your case was transferred! ranting33va.gif Representative said Nebraska was still working on March but I know that's #######.

My wife knew I was calling, but did not have the heart to tell her that bit of information and one couple from same country that filed almost 2 months after us got approved last month. Anyhow, too impatient now and though it might be a mute point, overnighted the K3 stuff and faxed letters to congresswoman and senator. Doesn't hurt to try!

Yup that's what I think. They r approving according to transfer dates now.
