Our hard copy said it's been forwarded to the consulate as well. Do all NOA2s say this, referencing being assigned a case number by the NVC to be sent to the consulate or are they really sending it straight to the consulate? :S I thought they all went through the NVC.

Same as ours. Im looking for a sample NOA2 online..

Does anyone tried to put a service request online? I tried earlier today and before filling our details (address, name, etc) it asks "Did you receive a Form N-14 Request for evidence or a Notice of intent to Deny?" It is normal to ask that?

I'm so upset.. 187 days since NOA1 and 361 days without my fiance

I see 10 numbers before and after mines already have decisions with it. It's like I'm stuck in USCIS hell and they're not touching my file.

Ugh - that must be even more frustrating in a way. :( this wait is really tough now..i got rear-ended in a car accident and I'm trying not to be nervous or tense because it doesn't help my back and neck but it's tough...

One more Approval here, email came through 9pm Texas time Monday night (my Fiancé is in Austin), NOA1 was 5 Dec. The Petition two before ours was also Approved. Our last three numbers was *227.

I was of course, kvetching to my fiancé only yesterday about how hellish this been and have we been skipped over. But it seems TSC are up to speed now so everybody else waiting can expect action sooner rather than later.

Now for the next hurdle - NVC - will there be another bottle neck there?

Congrats kiwi! :) wouldn't it be nice if they could just send it from that office to the consulate so it wouldn't have to be touched twice? the process seems a bit inefficient..at least you're one step closer :)

On June 24, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

NOA Jan 16!!

congrats! your NOA is close to mine - hopefully mine comes today! :)

dec 5 filler ,

tired from staying all day on uscis web page refreshing the button , day 202 still nothing ... , payed thousand of dollars to lawyer who just say - need to wait , tired of beeing stucked , not able to make any afficiant move in our life , hurting my child`s heart when she sees me crying for my fiance ...

I need a break from too much focusing on this

i think if they approve us , i won`t be able to feel this big happyness that i should feel , this process hurt me too much , it stoped my life moving , it hurt my fiance`s life , it hurts our future toghether. May be it`s time to discuss he moving here with us. This what`s happening in these CSs is so rediculous .

I can't imagine how stressed you are waiting since 12/5. that is a long time :( ugh. I have a lawyer too and he is more of the "let's wait' type too...we don't have a child but this wait has really screwed a lot of things up for us too and it's really tough. hang in there - maybe take a break from checking so often and only check once a day? hope you hear soon. :(

My date is 12/28 and im still waiting. yes, it is disheartening to see many january and february and even march filers get approved before my date.

what can we do?????,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the wait may be long but it is inevitable that we WILL get approved eventually. Everyone keep your chin up!!
