My question is, after looking at Igor's list for Texas, why do they need trained when according to Igor's list there are lots of 129F's already there and have been approved???

I think most of those are people who have got confused with sending their application to the Dallas Lockbox and think that is where it will be processed.

I'm sorry I miswrote. They have to be trained and I wrote her back politely demanding a clearer answer before 10 days on when they are starting to processing these....

I'm confused.. the response back to what? You mean they ARE trained now or in the process of being trained?
