Thanks for the info and it looks like we will just have to wait for the letter in the mail to come to find out. Probably won't be until later in the week as there is no mail here on mondays for the holiday.

I believe the approvals coming through for the Texas Service Center are most likely from people who assumed their service center was Texas because they sent their petitions to the Dallas Lockbox. And they probably never then updated their timelines to either California or Vermont when the Dallas lockbox sent their petiton off to either CSC or VSC.

I hope the TSC does start to approve petitions though, anything to keep things moving and stop the back log!

3 and a half months and counting for us since our NOA1 with CSC, keeping my fingers crossed for a speedy approval but prepared for a long wait as well!

Oh ok, now I'm reading that people got confirmation that their case was indeed sent to Texas! Which is great news! But I still think the approvals coming through on Igor's list for Texas are what I explained above. I'd guess the tansfered petitons are still in transit to Texas, hopefully we start to see A LOT of Texas approvals soon enough! (And I also hope CSC keeps their recent pace!)

My guess is that we will start getting NOA-2 or RFE early next month. If not then there was no need to transfer them to another jurisdiction.

You know I have 3 letters sitting here waiting to be mailed to my congressmen about the VSC falling behind and maybe move the workload around. I know believe they have my computer bugged, because they are already doing that.

Noa1 DEC 6 here. Feels like they transferred cases from dec5 to mid January. I think its a good sign and cant wait till the Long weekend is finally over and we may get some News!
