I don't know if they'd be guilty of malpractice but I agree they're getting paid to keep him out of jail. Therefore they're going to do what it takes.

why not stick to the facts, the events that occured on that night?

the jury deserves to get a full picture of who trayvon really was. goes to why zim was following him.

i am saying the trials are designed to be ugly. confrontational. adversarial.

we have judges and juries to go through all the dirt and decide what is or what isn't.

no matter how many photos of kush trayvon had on his cell phone, if the defense can't make the case that zim killed him in self defense, no jury in america is going to let him walk.

that ain't kush.

and they can't make that case through texts from his dad or cell phone pictures. kid had a picture of a gun, but he didn't have one the night he was killed. kid took a picture of some leaf, in some states in this country, growing a couple plants is no longer illegal. a picture of an quasi illegal drug is not damning. i could probably walk the fields surrounding my house and find a couple plants.

anyone who gets worked into hysterics over this stuff is trying too hard.

i'm sure a lot of teenagers have cell phones and take all kinds of pictures so that makes the kids bad.the Zimmerman lawyer is trying to paint a picture that trayvon martin was a thug to the jury. trayvon was just mining his business walking and Zimmerman was told to stay in his car by the police dispatcher to stay in the car he was the one who went looking for trouble trayvon called his girl friend and said a man is following me i'm scard she said to run
