What constitutes as supporting documents for I-134????

I'm starting to fill out the I-134 form with myself and my uncle who is our co-sponsor, but what technically counts as supporting documents? I go to school full-time and work two part time jobs, so I have no idea what to put as my employer. Should I put my main part-time job or put full-time student/part-time after school program instructor? HELP!

"The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the

US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide
supporting documentation."

For the K-1, you'll be submitting the I-134 affidavits. If you have any kind of job, you list that....and attach any tax transcripts from the IRS if you have them. If you have nothing or no income, then you list your income as zero and don't attach anything. You're just completing the form to show that you do not meet the minimum income requirements. Your unlce will do the same but should have the documents to show that he can financially support "his" new household size.

you have to put both so that it help to boost your income and able to meet the poverty guidelines.

if your both part time job meet the income requirement you don't need a co-sponsor.

if your answer is no, co-sponsor should use form -864 and you fill up form I-134 goodluck

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

what???? My co-sponsor doesn't use the I-134 form? Are you sure they use a different form? Im a full time student, I do work two part time jobs but it only totals to less than 10k a year, so I definitely need a co-sponsor.

I really think that's wrong, Fight For Love. It's my understanding that at the embassy stage, the sponsor and any co-sponsor BOTH use the I-134, two separate forms but each use the I-134. The I-864 is used when adjusting status, not at the embassy stage.

Obviously there may be regional, embassy-specific variations so you should always check with your local consulate to verify that.

You and your co-sponsor will BOTH fill out your own separate I-134 forms. You will both provide most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or most recent pay stub(s). The co-sponsor also needs to provide proof of being a USC or LPR with a copy of US birth certificate, naturalization, biographical page of US passport or front and back of green card.
