HI guys,

About the form G 325. I know that we need to fill them out. Both of us.
Well, my fiancé only has one form. ( he tried to call USCIS today but they were already close)

Well, I was thinking if we can do this?

1. He's going to scan the form, send to me by email and I'll fill them out and send it back to him?
2. OR I can download it anywhere. Print, scan and send it back to him with signature and date?

I don't know if G 325 are suppose to be unique form/ink that we can't copy or that it is downloadable for beneficiary that is living abroad.

Must be original signature, also on the letter of intent. You should be able to print the form abroad, fill it in, and sent it to the US.

All forms you submit to USCIS must contain original (non-photocopied, non-scanned) signatures. You can download a copy from here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d7c84154d7b3d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD and complete it, but you will need to snail-mail it to your fiancé because of the signature issue.

(Edit)

Harpa Timsah hits you for a critical attack post.

You are defeated :(

Ok. What about the form? Can I copy it from here or download it?

Or the G-325A has some unique number/ink/paper or something that cannot be copied?

SO everything is original signature from me?

I was thinking of scanning letter of intent with my signature and send them my passport copy that shows my signature.

I made a joke about Harpa beating me by one minute to a post.

Yes, you can download the G-325A from the link I provided, complete it, sign it, and then mail it to the US.

All previous editions of the G-325A are accepted, but it's usually best practice to use the latest available.
