Well got a checklist for missing W-2's and other tax stuff for 2012 for the I-864, problem is that haven't been required to file for taxes since all the income is from VA disability compensation which is tax exempt. The paperwork already included an explanation as to why haven't filed for itaxes and a copy of the tax law. sad.png

This is happening to us too. We live out of the country and don't have those either, so our file is under supervisor review as well. We're calling everyday!

Yes he's called them a few times .... the first 3 times they told him it had been shipped... but the last time they said it was still sitting at the Houston office but that was at least a week ago probably more ... he is going to try and call them again today ... even if they are only sending out stuff once a month like some others have said ... they SHOULD have sent ours by now sad.png ... what time do they close btw smile.png

Yeah, have him keep calling and keep bugging them. Our NOA2 is dated 04/03, and NVC still doesn't have it.

After NVCResearch inquiry, two congressional inquiries, service request, and an email to the ombudsman's office, I just today found out that the local office (San Antonio) has finally sent the file to NBC, and they have received it just this morning. Now it's up to NBC to forward it to NVC.

I agree with you, it's crazy. But have your husband stay on top of USCIS, and actually find someone to get in touch with the Houston office directly on your behalf..

you could always call NVC and ask for the AOS FEE BILL to be EMAILED to you.

Whilst you have them on the phone, ask for the Invoice Identification Number also.

then, with yer GZO # and IIN, log in to the online payment portal, and tell us what you see.

[Hint - if a lawyer signed a G-28 and sent on with the I-130, a DS-3032 is not needed]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, I just called them, and I called them three times this week now. They all have the same answer that "you need to wait for another 10-15 days" to get invoiced. I told them that a lot of people got their case number and IIN on the same day as I did, and they all got their AOS invoice today! I asked them to email me the invoice, but they told me they couldn't do that and asked me to wait because they will email me soon.

Don't worry it should be anytime now. Remember 04/29 they received lots of file of approved I-130 from NBC as far as back mine from 03/10.

OMG!!!!!!! Happy for you still waiting for mine.

Thanks, should be anytime for you as well.

It's not as simple as that, Like Crystal below said, they will give you 20-30 business days timeframe to be invoiced. I just stopped calling after few days of trying as I realized it was a waste of time.

OK - so for now - that's your method for triage.

do you see anything different between GUZ and GZO logins, btw?

when something changes, you know you have some movement. check daily, till something changes, and let us know, here.

We finally got our case complete email two days ago! dancin5hr.gif

How long does it take for the interview to be scheduled when doing EP through Guangzhou? I called NVC and asked but the guy who answered gave absolutely no useful information. I believe the consulate in Guangzhou is using CGI Stanley and allowing intending immigrants to schedule their own interviews now somehow?

NVC still schedules EP cases for Guangzhou - is usually 2 to 5 days past the 'final review complete' timetick.

CGI Stanley/ustraveldocs isn't useful till after the interview, for EP cases, and only to track the visa packet.

here's the timeticks for Guangzhou EP at NVC -

Did you ever see the timeticks for EP ?

Thanks for that, Darnell, a lot of useful info there. Unfortunately (I guess) I can still log in to the payment portal, even though we received the case complete email and we've called twice and were told are case is complete. I guess all we can do now is wait a few more days.
