Hi i am new to this group and i have not continued with my husband process due to his tattoos he has 10 of then and i am afraid he can

Get denied thinking he is in gangs and also has a criminal record from 95 against his x wife for assault 4th and comments would help thanks.

Since you are not "continuing the process" you have zero chances of succes. Your story is not clear nobody can give you comments on a situation you don't explain.

Adjusting from B1/B2

Exactly 3 months from the day we got married till the day I had both SSN and GREENCARD in hand !

Day 1 01/22/2013 AOS package sent

Day 8 01/28/2013 NOA 1 received

Day 15 02/04/2013Biometrics appt letter for 2/25/2013

Day 16 02/05/2013 Succesful walk in biometrics 20 days early

Day 25 02/14/2013 USCIS status changed to Testing and Interview ready for interview scheduling

Day 31 02/20/2013 Email notification that my interview is scheduled for March 21st

Day 57 03/19/2013 EAD/AP card ordered

Day 59 03/21/2013 Interview at 10.30 am Seattle Approved

Day 67 03/29/ 2013 Greencard Arrived . Applied for SSN

Day 68 03/30/2013 EAD arrived

Day 74 04/03/2013 SSN card arrived

Eligible for ROC December 21st 2014

Get a copy of the court proceeding,have a good immigration review and assit you. Take photos with long sleeve shirts. Most people on VJ will need more information to assist you successfully, your time line what you are applying for etc.. This is a DIY site and domestic violence is usually a biggie with the government.

Tattoos generally are not an issue- I have several- but yes, if they are gang related it can be a problem. Are they?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

tattoos are noted during the medical exam. so, since you are not still in the process, i think you should simply walk away, file for divorce this week somewhere in the USA.
