Most of us have heard the stories before........."no text, no email"....STILL, after getting antsy, and checking 4-5 times a day on USCIS website, I phoned My Honey in VN last night @9:00pm, and told her I was going to bed...I had just checked the case. (there was the usual message still'initial review". Told her goodnight, but just checked 1 more time....WHAT!!!!!!!...did I punch in the wrong number?......I read it again, and looked at the hard copy again just to make sure, (as if I didn't know the number by heart already)...SURE ENOUGH!!!!! APPROVED April 24 !!!!......YEA!!!!!!!!! Boy, were we surprised!....so keep checking even if you did 5 times that day. Ya never know. Good luck to everyone else still waiting!

Same happened to me yesterday. At 2pm, no change. At 6pm, approved! Still haven't gotten a text or email yet.

Lol, same thing happened to me too. I checked the website 100+ times yesterday because I had a feeling that I will get something (either RFE or Approval). What is crazy is that at 5:29 PM, it is still "Initial Review" and at 5:30 PM it becomes "Post Decision Activity" ) Just 1 minute can make a whole difference lol.

Several minutes later, I received email sent by USCIS but I never received any text on my cell phone even though I signed up for both.

We were approved on April 2nd and no text or email ever received.

So yes keep checking those case numbers.

Exact same thing happened to me today. Could not believe my eyes. I keep checking periodically out of habit, but it feels so good to see "approved"!

I received email from USCIS on April 24 your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, case status is still Initial Review. This morning, I received another email on April 25 my case have approved after 7 months and 13 days.

Yep, 1 min can make a difference. I got an email Case Status Information for Receipt Number: WAC12XXXXXXXX. Could not believe it either. Surprise best bday gift ever!!!
