Type in your case number into USCIS website to check your status. Then check your number minus 1, then 2 then 3..

It will just tell you if anyone that submitting around you is approved yet.

Wow! That's great! A number under mine got an RFE, and a number upper mine was approved! Hope mine comes soon!

I've checked on my group statuses online and it seems that there are only 4 applied for I-129F, 2 of which were already approved on April 17 and 2 are still in Initial Review (that include my app). Does this mean that we will get an approval anytime now? I surely hope so!

WACxxxxxxxx23 - Approved

WACxxxxxxxx25 - Initial Review

WACxxxxxxxx26 - Initial Review

Where you see that????

Could be that 26 is mine :(

It's in the USCIS website, the part where you can check the status of your case. Like A&P_Germany said:

Thank you for breaking this down. This gives me a little more hope.

To the frustration of many, CSC started the year with "competing agency priorities" (USCIS words, not mine) and was approving I-129F petitions at record low rates. The numbers given here are taken solely from VJ members updating their timelines.

January: 18 NOA2, 4 RFE

February: 15 NOA2, 8 RFE

March: 26 NOA2, 3 RFE

April began like the previous months of 2013:

First week of April - 4 NOA2, 0 RFE

And then the CSC frenzy began! Starting slowly at first with November/December approvals, the momentum picked up quite quickly and shifted to July-September approvals:

April 8: 6 NOA2

April 9: 5 NOA2

April 10: 0 NOA2

April 11: 6 NOA2, 1 RFE

April 12: 8 NOA2, 2 RFE

April 13: 0 NOA2, 2 RFE (Saturday)

April 15: 12 NOA2

April 16: 14 NOA2, 3 RFE

April 17: 26 NOA2, 5 RFE

April 18: 26 NOA2, 7 RFE

April 19: 31 NOA2, 4 RFE

April 20: 10 NOA2 (Saturday)

This is a breakdown of the April approvals by NOA1 month:

July: 19

August: 53

September: 32

October: 1

November: 14

December: 29

It is good to see CSC clearing out their backlog. Congratulations to all that have been approved!!!

I hope this continues until they are back to a 5 month processing timeframe.

I thought the SAME thing.. Probably because my NOA1 was in October, so I guess I'm biased, but geez.. Feels like we're being danced around

The totals for RFE's and NOA2's is flexible, since obviously, some may take their time updating their timeline, but I do like what I have seen watching Igor's list. I really do hope they get through the backlog and get caught back up, and continue to keep caught up after that, for all our sakes and for the future filers.

I am afraid of what could happen to spouse and fiancee visa filers once the new immigration law passes (whatever it finally is) as it is likely going to include a path to citizenship and that if done wrong, could bring another large group of filings to the service centers and create another future backlog. I wrote both of my Senators and asked that they insure a better handling of this issue for the sake of all current and future filers. Nobody deserves to wait as long as many here have had to do recently due to the influx of DACA cases

Any Idea what is going on at Vermont service center? They have not updated their numbers on USCIS web site since January. Are numbers updated quarterly or did someone drop the ball?

It is great news however this should never, never, never have happened. Due to the many here who have contacted their elected representatives I am sure this is partially why.

The antiquzted laws effecting legal Immigration need to be changed and these should be always be done in a timely manner. I mean a "Model" can get a Visa to work here in 2 months.

I'm October also, and the way I see it is anything that is approved before October is good news for us. If they process about 30 per day, they will completely clear out July - September within a week and a half. Assuming of course they are processing somewhat in order, we should start seeing October approvals in the next two weeks!

Sorry, the only answers I could give with any degree of accuracy would be reflective of CSC. Since I'm not a Vermont Filer, I don't watch them closely. I would think that there is someone here who is a Vermont filer though, who does watch them closely and would be better equipped to give you the best answer
