Hello -

My husband and I (USC) filed AOS in June of last year. We've received the EAD combo card but have yet to receive an RFE or notification otherwise. We're still in initial review online. My husband has called multiple times and we keep hearing "you're not outside the normal timeframe, and there's no reason to think you won't be approved". I've also emailed our local representative but have yet to hear anything. (Should I email another congressperson?)

Is anyone else going through this, too?

We submitted last July. Didnt hear anything from them til last week when they sent the RFE. I think they are extremely backed up at the NBC i kind of wish the local office would have done our application and we could have done the interview in less time.

I'm shocked we haven't heard anything either way, but it sounds like we're in the same boat because of the NBC. I agree - I'd rather have gone through an interview. We were right on the cusp of people being sent to NBC. If our file had been received literally DAYS before, we may have received the green card months ago. So frustrating.

The service requests replies were just automated replies, nothing worth remembering.

Yes, I sent the paperwork yesterday for a new EAD/AP combo card.

We've been waiting since June of last year, California Service Center. It makes me feel better to see that we're not the only ones waiting this long. I hope it's not too much longer.

We haven't been waiting as long as you have. But when I looked at the USCIS.gov website at processing times and look up my field office the last update they have was February and they were working on October AOS forms and we're November. Crossing my fingers on this one!

Hello!

I wanted to let you know we received our approval email today!!! (Well, card production notification.)

No RFE, no interview, no updates since we filed. I'm not sure if the email to our congressperson helped, as they never replied to our request. However, I hope this helps anyone who is still waiting!!
