Depends how close the relative is, and which state the US petitioner lives in.

Also, while everywhere allows marriage between, say, second cousins, it may still be a red flag as USCIS could think you are just helping family move to the USA, so be prepared with lots of face time and bonafide evidence.

if your state law allows it, then is ok for USCIS and Guangzhou IV.

However, be prepared at Guangzhou IV, you will get extra scrutiny.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

If both of you are senior, then there is no problem. If she has health issues due to her age, you may be asked to show proof of having her covered on your health insurance.

is there any problem to marry relative

It all depends on the state where you are going to live when you get to the United States. I am an October filer and my fiance is my first cousin once removed. Another issue is our age gap since he's 30 years older than me. We haven't heard anything from the USCIS until now but we are hopeful that we will get approved because we know in our heart of hearts that we deserve to receive a positive result. Good luck to you. Have faith. God bless! :)
