What to do with Bill Payment Receipts?

Hey Folks!

I just paid the AOS and IV fees, and then received the bill payment receipts by email. Now I'm not sure what's next-

Do I send those two bill receipts to NVCinquiry@state.gov and wait for them to request the ASO and DS-230? // Or do I continue directly to completing and mailing the AOS and DS-230?

If you paid both bills, just make sure you print it's respective cover pages and send each packet with its cover page to the address listed on it. This is unless you are doing electronic processing ( i don't know if your country is one of the EP countries)

(Affidavit of Support?)(can someone please use the full name for these things because I'm always flipping through paperwork looking to see what they all mean)...IV stands for Immigration Visa? Was that the 88$? We have not received a bill for the DS230 packet. WHen do you get that? What's the difference between the AOS fee and the IV fee? So confused.

88$ fee - AOS (Affidavit of Support) package

230$ fee - IV (Immigrant Visa) package

You won't get a bill for the DS230 until your DS3032 is accepted. You should've sent the DS3032 via email after receiving your case numbers and giving the NVC rep your email addresses. It usually takes between 10 - 14 days for the DS3032 to get accepted. They will send you an email letting you know it's been accepted, and a separate email each time a fee has been invoiced. OP is filing for China, with would be an online forms/EP country, while Portugal is now.

Online forms are NOT available for China while EP is an option (an option I would suggest people use).

EP and online forms are do not always go hand-in-hand, China is an example of this.

If that's the case, no EP for you at all.

The AOS and IV stuff must be sent it to NVC using the shipping addresses on the two coversheets. If you've paid both fee bills, and yer ready to ship all, can ship all in one packet.
