i'm waiting the receipt for NOA1 I know not send to me to address my husband k3 is for spouse visa right

Well really K3 is a mute point. But to be eligible like i said he also has to file a I-129F you said he didn't do that so you won't be eligible for a K3. And even if you were it would be adminsitratively closed at NVC.How long ago did you send in your petition. I am sure he has got notive vis atext or email. he hardcopy mail usually comes within 30 days.

Moved from CR-1 to K-3 forums as OP is asking about K-3. K-3 is generally not approved anymore and closed at the NVC. Your case is taking a very long time because of this.

my husband send k3 April 16 2013, I receive email 19 of april

Then he fileds a I-130 first than a I-129F. he should have had hardcopy receiot by now. But he should at least know receipy number dear. Does he say he doesnt have it.

I guess I don't know what you need. You can't call NVC He needs to but like i said some get hard copy in about 30 days or less. But teh receipy number would have been sent to him via text or email (did he attach a G1145 to be notified).

You received email from whom? USCIS your husband?

Why doesnt he just call USCIS and ask?

Yes my husband called on April the one who talked to him said that if within 74days still not he will call again the uscis.. How about you? Did you receive your noa2?

My husband applied for me Oct 2 2012 we are still waiting (I1-30), we called today and they said Our case is in Albany, that theres a big back log, they will send a letter or email by May 30 to give us updates if there are any, ( which means we wont hear from them ) they said our application was accepted but not processed and now its been 7 months!
