hiiiii im new to all this and i was wondering if i can get response to my question. welll i was wondering if k1 is being processed much quicker because i would really love to get my NOA 2 next month since i've noticed some people are getting approved in less than two months.

It depends what service center your petition is sent to. CSC is slow right now, but I see you're at VSC?

When did you send your petition? :time:

NOA 2 can take anywhere from 6-8 months at VSC, I've heard of one case here where they got their NOA 2 in two months, hopefully you're the second case I hear of.

From what I've seen on the forum, petitions for Haiti receive an automatic expedite. So you may just get lucky! But one month is still pretty optimistic. And after the petition is approved you still have to go through NVC and the foreign US embassy. Best of luck to you and your fiancé!

First :time: you can do that by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner and then click the add edit timeline button

Secondly I would say somewhat fat chance of your petition being approved so fast, the ones you saw were probably expedites

mm ok.. i like what im reading and i dont mind going through nvc ad all that i just want that noa2 approval loll
