Yep, CSC now has 6 consecutive months where completions have been lower than receipts (I'm including Feb and March). Check out the "All Other Pending" trend...it's literally going through the roof....

The USCIS trend charts provide historical data. It shows how many petitions were filed in a given month as well as how many approvals were granted in a given month. The "all other pending" gives you a feel for the work piling up (backlog). Since you are with VSC you can set the charts to show data for the VSC. Keep in mind this data is 2 months old. It would be great if it were more current but unfortunately its not.

I'm beginning to wonder if VSC is gearing up for a CSC K-1 transfer of workload after they clear their own backlog and just leave CSC to handle the illegals, does anyone know if there has been a transfer between service centers before?

There have been transfers and recently. Earlier this year, VSC transferred a chunk of their load to the Nebraska Center and their processing of K-1 Visas jumped dramatically. Recently CSC transferred DACA cases to Texas. Their processing of K-1 has started back up, but isn't up to VSC levels yet.

The good news though, from looking at the trends, is that when/if California decides to step it up, they seem to have the capacity to get through several months of cases per month, so hopefully CSC will get caught up as VSC seems to have done.

Ya, March completions from CSC is 347. Pending -- 15,797.

How could CSC processing time go back to "5 months" when they finished only 347 cases?

It's even less than February-- completions from February was 420 cases.
