Thanks Win78. Yea that REF didnt hold us up bad at all!

I'm curious on how things work next.

I see K-1 folks go by case number and it seems that we go by case completed date... is that correct?

And what do I do next? Go to that Manila webpage and put in my case number to find out if they gave me an interview date? Is that it? We just sit and wait for that every middle of the month? what was the last update as far as... where are they according to case complete dates. There aren't many of us to get an idea from.

Approved... ME!!! :) To be honest I'm not really sure what you would consider as my NOA1 date. I originally applied as a permanent resident back in April, but upgraded my status on September 25 - but then they didn't actually upgrade me until 10/26 or so. I figure I'll count it as September 25.

Has anyone who was recently approved had their petition forwarded to NVC? I'm not sure what they'll do since my K3 hasn't been approved yet.

did any one notice the dates for I130 change all the way back to MARCH 16 2005?????? I WANT TO DIE NOW.I thought last month dates said May 2006????? omg i have been shattered how can they changed it when I was so close. I was waiting for the stupid 6 month period to be over so that I could call or for the processing times to be up when they changed the dates so that they could give me some answers. :cry: Now they went almost a year back. im so left out we have had our NOA1 since June and I see others with approvals from Sept I want to jump off a bridge right now.cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:

Hi The_dip_sticks,

You know when I never received my Noa1.... The never updated my acct online and never sent me an email. for like 60days.

Then I received an email stating a doc they sent me was sent back as undeliverable.

Well then I called them and pushed whatever numbers it was to get a real person. I was on hold for an hour, but finally got to talk to a nice lady.

She had access to my case and not only fixed my mailing address, but also requested fast processing. I don't know if that helped, but everything happened real fast after that phone call.

Call them.... give it a try.... might speed things up!

how comes people who have a younger NOA1 date get approved at VSC? i wanna get approved too! it gets really depressing now...

08/22/2006 NOA1

08/26/2006 NOA1 letter received

09/09/2006 touched

05/06/2007 case transfered to CSC

05/08/2007 touched

05/11/2007 touched (says: case is now pending at CSC)

05/14/2007 touched again (i have to admit i'm surprised to see all those touches)

05/15/2007 touched again... it is starting to scare me!
