hi, i was rear-ended while waiting on redlight. police came and told me that i was not at fault and i didnt had any tickets or anything on my name. i didnt pay any fine or anything

i then went to dmv and got the driver record, it does not have any entry at all. i have no entry in my record.

should i mention this and what all documents should i carry with me?

do i need to get the court disposition? which court do i go to, just my county court and will they able to give me that document?

i am getting more and more freaked out about all this and really need guidance.

i printed 1 redlight camera payment and 1 parking ticket (outofstate) payment confirmations. both less then 100$

is this enough, or do i need to get anything else?

What do you need to prove you have a clean police record for ?

( it doesn't sound like you have anything on your record anyway )

No you don't mention it and no you don't need documents. You were simply the victim, not the criminal/perpetrator. There would be a record for the OTHER person, and your name would be mentioned as "victim", that's it. Those records don't matter to you. You did nothing wrong.
