I REALLY NEED HELP !

I WILL EXPLAIN YOU GUYS EVERYTHING I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP WITH THIS TOPIC. I DON`T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I EVENTUALLY WILL HIRE A LAWYER MAYBE VERY SOON JUST THAT I AM NOT GOOD WITH THE MONEY RIGHT NOW . I HOPE YOU GUYS AT LEAST CAN TELL ME SOME OPTIONS THAT I MAY HAVE TO BE PREPARED EVEN BEFORE I GO TO THE LAWYER.

I been married with my wife from the March 2009 and I applied for my Conditional Green Card all the way in June 2010 . Everything went good we went to interview together and did everything we need to do and after 3 months I got my Conditional Green Card . The marriage was really good everything was true my dad and my mom even came from my country and visit us . They met the Parents of my wife .

Also we been spending time every Christmas and Thanksgiving 2009,2010,2011 together with her family .

Last Year in August was expiring my Conditional Green Card and I was need to send the Form I-751 with all the other Documents together for Removing my Conditional Status and getting the Residency 10 year Green Card.

I did that and I wait until last this month I received a letter from USCIS that I need more Evidence for our Marriage. I sent more Evidence that they said but I guess I need to send them again.

What they said they received was :

-2010 tax return

-wage information

-various mail

-bank account statement

Now I was preparing to send them the following additional Evidence please let me know if they are enough because I have just dose :

- 2011 tax return

- Cable bill letter for the last month with both of our names

- Copy of Agreement from our Renting house for the last 2 years with both of our names plus and agreement for the next 1 year or 2

- Copy of Car insurance with both of our names

- Pictures from 2009,2010,2011 Christmas and Thanksgiving

- Pictures from Peru where we went together in 2010

- Copy of an receive from when my father came to visit us in 2010 that she paid for it

This is what I have , because we split but not officially , but we are still friends the only problem that I found out yesterday was that she make a mistake by changing her Driver License Address to other address just 1 month ago , because she moved out just few months ago. Just the marriage wasn't working well. But she said she wont leave me like that because we enter the marriage in good faith and she will help me. The problem is that we didn't file a divorce and I have due date on my RFE until June this year and She is out of State and she is not able to come back before June. Now I don't know if this changing the address of the driver license will be problem . Do I should still send the evidence and pretend like nothing happened between us or do something else ? Because I am on the edge on everything right now :(

Thanks !

I would consult an immigration attorney to straighten out your paperwork. Technically you are married but separated, return the RFE requested information. Sounds like a joint divorce filing is in your future. I did see a prior posting similar were at the interview the divorce separation issue came up and it was sticky.
