Check the website of your local US Embassy/Consulate. You will find instructions there of what to do prior to visa interview. Congrats again!

CEMAR (Certificate of Marriage) is needed to show ALL previous marriages, aside from that of Marriage Certificate. You can get it at NSO, fill out the CENOMAR sheet (Yes! it's the cenomar). It costs P195 here in Pampanga and takes about 3 days for the releasing.

Congrats my friend! finally the wait is over. For a medical examination, you will have to schedule your appointment by yourself through your consulate's approved physicians' panel.
