I agree with your prediction for May. Thereafter we might see faster movement since most VSC filers with PD after 23 January 2011 haven't actually been approved yet and aren't documentarily qualified for a visa.

The VB is out and it's 15th Dec 2010 as we predicted.

For May, it will likely to fall between 08 Jan 2011 to 22 Jan 2011.

We can not say for sure as DOS prediction will be 3-5 weeks-however looking at the past trends it will likely be 08Jan or 15 Jan 2011.

We must also consider that VSC is not approving I-130 as it should, we could see big movement for the last quarter if there are not enough cases that are completed at NVC.
