Translate Divorce Certificate

I received the divorce certificate from Olga today for our I-129F package. Of course, it is in Russian. Do I need to get this translated prior to submission with the packet. I read the K1 guides but that was not specified.

yes it absolutely needs translation. Everything from start to finish that is not in English will need translation. Good luck!

YES, anything submitted to USCIS needs to be English or translated to English.

Consulates vary. Kiev no longer requires translations for documents in Russian or Ukrainian BUT you will need to get them translated for the AOS, so why not?

Yes.

Anything submitted in the US would require translation. Things submitted to the embassy do not need to be translated as they can speak and read Russian there (except for anything that they specifically request in English).
