Ok so I have applied for my fiancé as a k-1 visa I want to go back and have a little wedding there for his friends and family and make a marriage license but once he enters the US I want to have a wedding here also for friends and family and finally get married. Will making a marriage license effect the process in anyway? Will they question is about why we have a marriage license

Yes, you can't be married and apply for a k1 visa.

K-1 visa is a fiance(e) visa, to bring your fiance(e) to the US and get married there.

If you get married while your K-1 visa application is running, you can't proceed it any longer, since you don't have a fiance(e), but you're married.

It's not about the wedding itself, it's about a signing a marriage licence.

If you marry him you will need to apply for a CR-1. He will no longer qualify for a K-1 visa once you are legally married.

Yes, you most certainly will go to the back of the line (look at my extended timeline in my signature for an example). Do not get married or get a license before receiving the K1 visa.

All the time and money you spent on K-1 application will be lost. You will need to start from scratch if you go the marriage route.
