As you can see, I'm a newbie. I don't know if I'm just a psycho or what but I can't seem to make heads or tails of this process at the moment. I don't know if it's my mood but I'm super frustrated and my eyes are sore and so is my heart.

There's no use crying but I want my babe with me. Should love be this hard? Really. Why? The world belongs to everyone.. why can't we love and be with who we want? Why do we have to drive ourselves crazy and take what energy we have away from this love and use it on this ridiculous process? So when we are finally reunited with our mates we are so expended we have to scrape what we have left together and give our remnants to the ones that matter most. Is this logic? I don't know. Maybe I'm not logical. For sure I am not.

Why in God's name can I not find out how long this I130 is supposed to take? Has too much time lapsed? Am I in Nebraska service center or am I at National Benefits Center as I was advised. Why do all time tables fail to show the info for the I130? I'm sitting on my butt doing nothing and I will bet you something is amiss behind the scenes while I wait unproductive.

What's a girl to do? When will I see my darling, when? I love you, Mostafa. We'll be together soon

Your case is with Vermont or California. You can find out wich by the number you got with your Noa1. The first 3 letters will tell you.

The whole process will take about 8-10 months, if you don't end up in AP, it sucks but it is what it is...

Since yer casefile is with MSC - it's officially in Missouri, for a bit.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yah, it does hurt! 10 months is so long and so is your timeline. When do you think you'll be able to go see him? What's the hold-up for you guys? Is this just typical and what I have to look forward to? I read something last night about paying for faster processing. Is this only if you have a business based visa? Questions... questions..

You can not pay for faster processing! Look around on different timelines here on VJ, 10 months is not at all uncommon...

Well, I wouldn't be surprised to find out I could not pay for faster processing and yet I did read it from USCIS's website so I was just curious if anyone knew about it. But thanks again for the info :)

Here you go. It does seem to be aimed at business visa's but I was just curious if it could in some case be applicable to relative visa's as well. No such luck, probably. C'est la vie!

Your case number probably starts with MSC right? That means it's at the National Benefits Center, who may or may not transfer the case to your local USCIS office for processing. They're trying to lighten the work loads on the main service centers. People who are in Vermont service center are waiting 8 months plus.

So learn to do something with your time. Find a hobby, get out of the house, do something other than obsess how unfair you feel this is. Life isn't fair.

Right you are. I know all about the unfairness of life and most days it's do-able. That day I just felt full as I'm sure you know what I mean.

Thanks for the info. My case does start with msc, you are correct.

Oh before the NOA2 I cried more than once. I know how it feels. I honestly got thru it by saying life isn't fair, it'll come when it comes and this is something on which I have no control. I can only control what I do and my reactions. It helped.
