Hello -- We included our joint bank account, showing activity of shared expenses. Do you have phone bills showing both your names? Also submitted eMails between our us and our familys. Christmas or Birthday, etc..addressed with both names. It sounds like you have a good packet going. We just received our Biometics appointment. 13 March

Joint ownership of vehicle is a great evidence of inter-mixing of finance - just as good or even better than joint checking account. You also have joint tax returns. I think your application is in sound shape and I don't expect a RFE. Be cool, send you application and and join the waiting game. Next big step is getting the NOA1 or the GC extension letter. All the best.

Hello guys! Am also a March 2013 filer, I just received a reminder letter to file for removal of condition last Friday. Just want to ask if I can still use the I-751 form that has a print that says Expires 01/31/2013. Start of my filing will be this March 16, 2013. God bless us all!

Also, mine was a K1/K2 case, so do I need to file or print a separate form for my son's ROC? Or mine will suffice since he will be listed under my application?

The I-751 form is valid and can be used. Since it can be filed 90 days before the current expiry date, hurry and gather all the relevant documents and file your application. Take a look at this link for help - http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide

If you child entered US within 90 days of your arraival, you can file together saving fee - one application fee and one bio-metric fee for each child (505 + 85 (for you) 85 (for each child)) else you will have to file separately paying application fee 505 for each application.

Hi everybody! Gonna be a March 2013 filer for I-751 as well. Got almost everything together here, just saying hello quick!

One quick question on bank statements: I originally submitted a statement signed by a banker that we have joint accounts, will do the same again. Also, I'll include just my last monthly statement. Do you think I should include ALL transactions from the last 2 years? I feel like that would overdo it, but hey, we all know how nerve wracking it is to wonder what and what not to include and whether it was all enough. Any opinions on the amount of financial proof?

I have lease agreements, insurance copies, health IDs, credit cards, joint fishing licenses, photos, tax copies, hotel reservations & bills, flight tickets, photos, letters. I mean, don't they get bored looking through all that?

The I-751 instructions doesn't mention anything in this regards. Just curious to know where you got this confirmed "no staples", as we are just sending all copies in this process - I know we didn't use staples during the DS-230/ I-864 process. i would to know if anyone has any tangible experience of sending I-751 using staples.

I agree that paper clips are safer - this is just to know a fact for sure.

Here's some tips straight from USCIS:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=72a927c382f39110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

They say you can staple fees but suggest using paperclips for supporting evidence

I don't think they'll turn you away if you staple things. I think we can all agree that paperclips are the easier, less messy solution from the USCIS point of view. And we are, after all, trying to make it easy for them.
