Me too, I might be filing a little late as I want to send as little paperwork as possible so I'm opting to send the tax transcripts for 2010-2012...hope I get our 2012 taxes filed in time so that 2012 can be a part of the transcript. Or should it matter that 2012 is not apart of the transcript?

If you have it, great, but it's not the "current" tax year until after April 15.

Personally I was able to get my IRS transcript about 2 weeks after I filed my taxes so I have them all now :)

We are just now working on filing these taxes. hopefully should have them ready by next week sometime. My window opens on Apr-16-th, so I guess I'd have to wait awhile for our taxes to go thru the system then request the transcript...hence, I' might be filing later in April.

jkelly is notorious for wrong information. NickD kept referring to his "wife's IO" meaning his wife's interviewing officer... which means "at interview" she was asked for these things. You asked about "sending" information, they all answered about having it for interview.

Here's three posts:

There are many more I'm sure but you can do a search using the "advanced search" section if you want to see more .

Thank you - what are the items that you will be taking to the interview? Will they span the entire 3 years?

I mentioned that in the OP. Basically yes, I'll be taking everything I've ever sent (it's in a folder) and stuff updated since ROC.

Are photos of wedding and other photos together required? We don't like taking pictures, I wonder if it causes any issues. We do however have wedding photos.

No certain piece of relationship evidence is really "required" for N-400. It's more of a "you have what you have" thing. I've you've already had AOS and ROC received you obviously have good amounts of other evidence.

Don't forget to put aside the money for the passport either! After the Oath you're officially a USC and you'll need to travel on an American passport :) That's under $200 I believe :)
