hELLO EVERYONE .I STICK ON I_130 NOW IN # 16 WE WERE ME AND MY WIFE BEFORE UNDER K-1 but they snet our petition back to uscis for further review but they sent her mail telling her our petition is expired now we got married so what will do in #16 Yes or No the qestion say( has your relative ever been under immigration proceeding) thank you take time read my topic any answer will be more than welcome anotehr question plz in D Number 2

The application can be very confusing , maybe you should have your wife complete it for you since she is the petitioner and would have a better understanding of what they are referring to. Its hard enough if english is your native language !

Immigration proceedings would be something like a deportation hearing. You just had a denied K1, I don't that would count.

After search i agree with you its has to do only with who had Tdo with immgration tthank you for your reply .Other question if you dont mind What about D # 2 as already My wife filled k-1 petition but was expired .is that mean have to filled that we were under K_1 .The name will be mine or the name of petition ty

If I was in your case I will say No because she never file a Petition I-130 for you before it was only K1. If I'm wrong someone can correct me. But if you want to say Yes then the name will be yours not the petition. But like others said it is your wife who should fill this paper she will know better what to do. Good luck In the CR1.
