I'm confused now I already send the barcoded sheet of the payment not sure what they want now. I copied the full email that I got this afternoon. Any help is really appreciated. I'm so upset just waiting for case to be completed & now I had to wait 20 more days.

334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly

as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents.

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to

review this documentation/your mail. When we complete our review, the NVC will notify

you/petitioner/beneficiary/attorney with information regarding the next processing step.

If a period of one year passes without contacting the NVC (by e-mail, telephone, or mail), all

submitted fees and documents will expire. Upon expiration, the fees and documents would need to

be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

I hope they are only waiting for the IV Packet but I send it on Dec 27th and it was received by them on Dec 28th. Please god I hope I'm right.

It just crossed in the mail, just call and see if they recieved it.

I did call and the lady told me to ignore the checklist email because the IV Packet was sent on Dec 27th but it doesn't show in their system yet. So at least I'm fine now. I was so scared I thought it is going to add up more time on my normal wait. Thank you god

Officially, this is a false checklist.

when you get one, cross reference Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents

which are indicated as missing or need additional information with what is listed. If it's specific, there will be a list of documents listed.

Since the 2nd page only contains info about the DS-230 and the first page contains We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant visa. then you have to evaluate this to mean:

1. Thanks for the Affadavit of Suppport - we've logged it

2. We are waiting on the IV set, DS-230 + civil docs and

3. We've sent you a general checklist, and in this case, it's a false checklist as nothing specific is mentioned.

Thanks Darnel, the e-mail was a little confusing at first because in the subject it says CHECKLIST COVER LETTER but after I called NVC I was happy then...
