i guess Houston field office starting to kick butt ( I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status 4 Months ) it has been just over 3 months since filed aos guess if was going be interviewed would have received appointment letter by now? i would hope as would need some time to get my folder in order or to have time change date as most of may we will be in ukraine

I was told that you will not always get a combo card, but your AP will be a letter.

Thanx for the this info, It's just weird coz never heard like this situation .

did you get answer about ap? sveta got a combo card

I got my EAD card already not the Combo Card. But the AP was approved Monday and they produced my document letter. My case is different from y'all

Congrats to all the approvals so far! Man, mine is so far away it doesn't even show on Yes We Can 2's timeline! Well, on a bright side, lots of time to prepare. Which is good since I have been feeling miserable lately (morning sickness, lost 10 pounds already) and haven't put any paperwork together yet. I was thinking of changing my name from the maiden to married name on things like our bank account and lease but wasn't sure if USCIS cared which version of my name was on there. Oh well, lots of time to prepare still. Hoping this weekend to hear some kind of update about EAD/AP since that's when the VJ timeline indicates possible response *cross fingers*

AP - On March 28, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

This morning both showed, "not found"

That is definitely the bright side! There is soo much less stress this time as we are waiting together. The wait for the K-1 was brutal at times...

My GC was supposed to be delivered today, according to USPS site, but no mail in the mailbox after being out all day at work... And USPS website now says: "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office"... what? they better deliver my card on monday!

I'm a january 2013 AOS filer too. it has been 7 weeks since I had my biometrics, but heard nothing about it, my case number is not even available in USCIS website since I received my NOA1. I wonder if someone is in the same situation?
