THat's your NOA2. You'll be getting something from NVC that'll have your case number. It will start with MNL2013.

You can click on the 'X' to the right to ignore this signature.

Your petition has been approved, congrats!!

Call NVC next week to get your MNL case # then you could pay the visa fee, schedule your interview and medical done prior to interview date.

Good luck!

Don't wait for NVC to send you something with your case number on it. You will waste a LOT of time. In a week or so, start calling NVC asking for your case number and IIN number. Once you get those 2 numbers, you can move on with the NVC process.

I have had a NOA2 approval now for 36 days and have recieved NOTHING in the mail from NVC. But I have already sent in my AOS packet, because I called them every day until I got my case number.

Look for the NVC Filers - January thread on here and study the first 2 posts.

Don't waste time and GOOD LUCK!!!

After it was approved by USCIS it will do a quick stop at NVC. If lucky, it will stay there for few days then MNL case number will be assigned. For us unlucky ones, it took them 3 weeks as it went through their 'additional processing' prior to forwarding to Manila consulate. Once completed, you'll receive a separate letter stating it was completed and forwarded to the corresponding consulate.

Yes I know all that. Kazuile was advising the OP about steps that concern CR-1/IR-1 visas. Those steps have nothing to do with K visas.

You will get a letter from the NVC soon. However, you can start calling them now if you haven't received it. You'll need your fiance's name, date of birth, and the receipt number from either NOAs. Ask for the Case Number. Good luck!

Here's the NVC number: (603) 334-0700.
