I got interviewd on the 19th December 2012 and was approved the OC kept my passport and gave me an A4 paper with the Address of the pick up center he told me to go to that location on the 26th December (Boxing day) to pick it up but i did not go because it was an hoiday so i went on the 27th was told it is not ready went back today 28th was told it was not ready that i should check back on the 4th Januray 2013.

i just got home and been searching online then i found an automated email that i can use to check my passport status (passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com) i sent an email with just my Passport number and i got this reply "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted."

Is there anyone that had their interview on the 19th and got approved and dont have their visa yet?

should i be worried about this?
