Hello to everyone,

I am desperate family man waiting to immigrate to USA via I130 F3 petition (my dad is US citizen since 2004, when he apply petition for us).

8 years and 1 month of total waiting (since USCIS accept our petition) and 3 years exactly, since USCIS approve our petition and sended to NVC.

Country: Serbia (Europe) - US embassy in Belgrade

PD - NOV/8th/2004

How much time more `till final resolution (GC`s in our hands)?

Any prediction? Don`t just point to VB, please.

Thank You all and happy holidays (who celebrate, of course)!

No one can predict the movement of priority dates on the Visa Bulletin. We have no choice but to wait, and do something constructive in between. :reading:

nupe, it's only for unmarried children under 21 of a USC because they are considered immediate relatives and they have no waiting time only the time it takes to process the petition. if they EWI and the children are over 18 and under 21, they will need a waiver and the parents do the hardship letter, they will have the 3 to 10 year ban. it doesn't matter what country the child is from.

The only thing you can use to predict is the VB. How else would one guess?
