Paid AOS fee & emailed the DS-3032 yesterday. Do I have to wait for the status to change from IN Process to PAID before I can mail my AOS packet(s)? It'll be nice to send it today.

Can I go ahead & pay the IV fee(s) too?

No. once you have your cover sheet , you can mail away! and yes if you have been invoiced for the IV, then go ahead and make payment too and send them all out ASAP after a last time check of everything for completeness :)

Yes, I have my dad's AOS cover sheet printed out already. I am going to print my mom's too but the payment portal this morning is encountering some database error. I'll have to wait till I can access for my mom's cover sheet.

I haven't been invoiced for the IV(s) yet.

I hope so too, that the reason for such error was because they are updating our case in the data base.good.gif

What website are you using to get the AOS cover letters from? I can not find this anywhere?

The same website you paid it on. Go back and will see if its paid and if so, there is a link below to print your cover letter (maybe they call it a receipt). I couldn't get it to work right so i chose the option to have it emailed to me and i printed it from my email.
