Maybe I am horrible at searching but I was wondering if any summer filer got approved by Vermont yet. Any of you has some news? Last time I heard from Vermont they said they were processing 24th may petitions (a couple of weeks ago) but now I read of someone who filed 17th may and got approved just today. I have no idea what the heck is wrong in that office, I feel like I wanna choke someone. Please share info and hopes!

Well last week there were many approvals of the last days of may filers. But the official date is May 21st (even though they update it every 30 days, so it's not very updated)

There are 2 approvals of June already from VSC, the most recent is this one http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=147834 I hope they start speeding up the approvals of June!!! I am tired of this long wait and being away from my husband, especially on these holidays I feel down :(

I'm the beginning of May, and still no NOA2. My senators office is doing something now to push it along.

We asked our senator to check on our case and he sent a letter 10 days ago more or less saying that he understands our concerns and he'll check. My husband is in the military and he'll have to reenlist soon and we wanted to be together for a decision like that. Also being apart is being very expensive and being late with any payment would put him in troubles with his clearance. I am just so worried that this long wait is going to damage other stuff like our relationship or his career.

I really hope we all get approved soon!

NOA July 16th here...and still waiting. Called USCIS & was told we couldn't file a Service request because we're still "within processing time which could be up tp 7 months. WTH?????!!!!!!

We even told the Tier 2 officer that we know a few June filers who have been approved...and asked why August/Sept/Oct files are being transferred to NBC and processed while those of us who filed earlier are still waiting. He said he doesn't know. REALLY???? I don't want to even think about it.

So now it's just waiting & planning to stalk them again in another week.:cry:

It's totally UNFAIR how that place works. :ranting:

NOA JULY 24 at VSC. Spoke with Tier 2 ISO yesterday and was told to expect a decision in about 6 or 7 weeks or so. Even though the website still says they are working on May 21 applications, I have read several posts from June filers who've been approved. So I'm desperately clinging to the hope that I really will have an approval in 6 weeks. Putting my trust in God. Spending the holidays apart was very, very difficult. This website is truly a lifeline, it's so comforting to share stories and advice with others going through this often heartbreaking, tedious, and overwhelming process.

I agree with you! This holiday season has been really a hard time for the most of us here waiting for an answer from USCIS.

NOA1 June 4th VSC here and nothing yet, my husband called in today and spoke to a Tier 2 ISO as well and he said that there's nothing they can do by now,we should wait and if we don't hear about our case,my husband can call back in about 2-3 weeks. Same thing we have been hearing since November. :crying:
