AOS: No update yet since filing

Hi everyone,

Jut a quick question, I filed my AOS Aug 17, 2012. I already got my EAD/AP combo card but still no changes/word on my I-485 ( permanent residence application). In checking the website it is telling me it still is in the ACCEPTANCE stage. just wondering if this is normal or should I call the USCIS? Thanks

Yeah waiting and not knowing sucks..I just want to make sure nothings wrong coz it still says acceptance...but what can we do

It will be "stuck" to the Acceptance stage until you get a RFE/an interview/your case is approved. It happens to everybody.
