So I got married and we sending our package off. I just need to know if I am getting the fees correct.

My package which is I-485 = $985

My husband's which is I-30= $420

Do we need also send in a separate check for the biometrics fee $85?

Also, I currently have work authorization, I was a student and on OPT now (optical practical training) a one year work authorization granted after graduation. So I assume I am just renewing my work authorization. Do I have to send another $340 with the I-765?

All fees are correct. However, the $340 for I-765 does not apply when filed in conjunction with the I-130/I-485 package.

You can work on your OPT for as long as it's valid. However, if your OPT expires and you have not yet received your new work authorization, you cannot work during that gap.

I-485= $1070, no need to send a separate check for the biometrics fee.

I-130= $420

I-765= $0 when filed with a pending I-485

I-131= $0 when filed with a pending I-485

You won't be renewing your work authorization because it will be a different category this time. You will be applying for a new one, permission to accept employment. For #16 put (c )(9 ) as the eligibility code.
