Mildly put, I am effin pissed off that the way it was handled, first come first serve... yeah suuure. :(

I wish we had 420 to just throw away and had filed again in october but with a new born all the money is needed. So just have to wait and hope that soon I get to see my wife and baby again.

Yeah some people who filed later are getting approved more quickly, but it is arbitrary - ask the ones who've been transferred to Atlanta, none of them have been approved, including cases from August.

You'll get there and we all feel the immigration system is unfair in one way or another. :(

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Surely something will be done to catch up, otherwise August filers before the 15th are on pace for about 12 months total processing time. I can not imagine this being allowed to carry on. Maybe just wishful thinking I'm a July 19.

Its crazy to see they are still barely getting to early to mid June filers. I wonder if anyone has actually re-filed the application at the NBC.

I remember starting this thread because of how fortunate I felt when my petition was approved and just wondering what I would do had I been on the later July or early Aug.

Figured someone would try to re-petition and we would all check/follow the outcome.
