My check hasn't been cashed yet, the check was submit by my wife's bank account. Is that gonna be a problem? I have received text and email message yesterday and I can see my case status too.

I hope they will not send back application due to submit third party check(my wife).

I don't think your application will go far enough to get case status if they don't have the payment :) so hopefully no worries.

Well, we got the notification that they mailed us the biometrics appointment on 12/28! Don't know when yet, but I expect the notice in the mail soon! :thumbs:

Hey December Filers,

I have a question to ask that I obviously don't know the answer to. When I filed my N400, they ask to list all your trips taken outside of the United States. I listed all my vacations I've taken out of the US because I have records of those. The problem is I am a Flight Attendant, and I've taken many trips out of the USA as far as work related which I did not mention because I don't remember dates and times these work trips were taken. I mean I fly out of the USA at least twice per week so it would be difficult to remember all these trips from the past 3 years. I don't even remember what country I was in last week. I forgot to attach a separate sheet of paper explaining the situation. My question is would this be a problem at the interview and should I get a letter from work to take to the interview? On the application it states where I currently work and my position/title with the company, so I don't know if they would understand the burden of what I would have to go through to remember every country I've visited for work. So I'm not sure if they only would like to know where I've been for vacation or if they would also like to know where I've been for work. Most of the trips I've take were 24 hours or less. Someone a little longer, some were 48 hours, I would say a handful were 48 hrs. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

P.S As a Flight Attendant we don't get our passports stamped, so no records.

The problem is I am a Flight Attendant, and I've taken many trips out of the USA as far as work related which I did not mention because I don't remember dates and times these work trips were taken. I mean I fly out of the USA at least twice per week so it would be difficult to remember all these trips from the past 3 years. I don't even remember what country I was in last week. I forgot to attach a separate sheet of paper explaining the situation. My question is would this be a problem at the interview and should I get a letter from work to take to the interview? On the application it states where I currently work and my position/title with the company, so I don't know if they would understand the burden of what I would have to go through to remember every country I've visited for work. So I'm not sure if they only would like to know where I've been for vacation or if they would also like to know where I've been for work. Most of the trips I've take were 24 hours or less. Someone a little longer, some were 48 hours, I would say a handful were 48 hrs. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

However, they will need to verify that your physical presence requirement is clear as well, so it might've been a good idea to include a record from your company with your flights in and out for the last 5 years...You've already submitted your application blink.gif so not sure what's the best thing to do here. I do know however that the IO, at the time of the interview, gives you the chance to make any changes in your application since you'll answer questions under oath. I've seen numerous cases when the applicant would update his/her travel dates (And this is what I intend to do) in the time between submitting N-400 and the application. So if i were you, I'd prepare that list for the interview. But most importantly, look closely at that list and verify you've met the physical presence requirement, because this is their most important reason to look at your trip record. Verify that you didn't spend more than 30 months (from the last 5 years) out of US soil.

I just searched and found this link for a similar case with responses from immigration attorneys. They equally advise to include the flight record with the application.

Hi guys, I would like to join.

I sent my N400 application on Dec. 6, and will have my biometrics appointment on Jan 8; however, I am in Asia now and I need two more weeks before I can come back to the U.S. so i am requesting for a reschedule of my biometrics and as soon as I can come back to the U.S. (3rd week of Jan most likely), I will do an early walk-in for my biometrics so I won't be too delayed.

OMG.....I made a big mistakecrying.gif. I just checking my save N-400 applications in the computer and found that at PART-7 where OUTSIDE the UNITED STAES DATE, I mistakenly wrote all Return date in 2012 instead of 2011, 2010 and 2009.devil.gif

How can i Fix this issue, Just wait for RFE or interview date? Does it gonna be delay my application ? but total days were correct and also submitted passport stamp where showed the correct date!!

I am so,,,,,worry,,,, I wish I had reviewed the application one more time.headbonk.gif
