I just snorted my drink up my nose reading KDH's response from Playstation. How considerate of them.

Oh man. Sony is killin me.

In regards to an ACTUAL technical issue my husband is having:

PlayStation®3 system Wireless Stereo Headsets do come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Your headset would be out of warranty if you purchased it with you PS3™ on 3/17/2012

Finally, we got the right P-touch tape. Now I can make those labels my boss wants. Life is good.

Stationery is so satisfying.

I had to make a decision this morning -- mail file a stipulation or get the attorney service? I decided to mail file because it will get to the court tomorrow, and there isn't a tearing hurry. Then the office manager and I decided which was the best envelope to send it in. We chose the classic manila envelope. And now that we have a postal scale, we know that three stamps was appropriate to ship it.

Sony's response to me after a chain of more emails back and forth:

Hello again,

Thank you for contacting PlayStation® Technical Support.

I did understand that you were asking for a refund, but unfortunately, the one year warranty does not include refunds. The warranty on the product specifically states, " Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year days from the date of purchase. Upon a showing of proof of purchase, SCEA agrees for a period of one year to either repair or replace, at its option, the SCEA product." I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I might suggest that you contact the retailer to discuss any refund options.

Thank you so much for your time and understanding, as well as giving me this opportunity to help you today.

Sincerely,

Vicki H.

My response to them:

Ok, so if I return it to you and get a new one, and it happens again, and again and again, then what?

Retailers will not refund after this long, you and I both know that.

I have a useless 100 dollar headset because your system is poorly designed with a power supply that is not large enough to handle the requirements of the headset and some games at the same time.

I don't remember seeing any fine print that stated that that was my fault.

Thanks,

Krystal

I'm not sure for how long they will keep speaking to me.

I love when a mundane task ends satisfactorily!

I bought some kitchen garbage bags on my lunch. I prefer name brand - less holes and no coffee grounds all over the floor.
