It will not be problem in the visa process but it could be a problem in you getting back the originals. Don't be suprised if they keep them. The acutal DS230 form you dont have to send a copy just the documents. That's what you talking about right?

Ok thanks,

Now I did go into that page and read everything, my concern is now that I only mailed out the orginal copies for the form ds230 and no extra copies will this be a problem?

Thanks,

Just bring copies to the interview and request your originals back. Have you also paid the AOS and sent in yet. Once you have done that and the IV BILL (DS-230 package) is accepted at NVC you will have case closed and be in the interview queue.

Case Complete usually is about 2 weeks. Than you just wait in the interview queue. Who knows. I would search your countries forum and see the timeline some have waited. Some embassies its a few months some the next month after case complete. Is your embassy a busy embassy?

Really??? Well I've heard it takes a month or less for Guatemala but I really don't know, thanks for your information!!!

Just get case complete before end of the month. They always start the next scheduling (it will be January) usually the first week of month and continues until slots are full.
