Congrads! Was it a returned petition?

We got a RFE for more evidence. No returned petition soon after we married I took had to take a 5.50 pay cut due to the economy. On top of that my daughter had a skating accident on her birthday broke her leg in 3 places I did not have insurance for some reason we had been dropped some ####### and I had to pay out of pocket for the bills incurred.I could go on and on about 2009/2010 troubles.. Time where just hard for me and I did not know about this forum to assist me getting all the paper work together. I did mail form off but never got anything on that.. So we decided to just get a lawyer.. Not sure why it has taken so long we sent everything required yet still got a RFE for bonifide evidence.. It's madness the waiting on this processs. All I say is anything that is this hard like our situtation is Must be something GRAND!! Bad things come easy.. Great things are worth the wait praise GOD!!

Friday Novemeber 9, 2012 @ 10:44 I got a text but did not look at it..I tell you I was about to contact the congress and had numerous time started a E-request cause everytime me or the lawyer contact USCIS we would only get more days added to the wait.. This is totally a USCIS error I we requested a Expedite due to that but got a notice it was being reviewed and a update would be within 45 days.. That was after calling and getting a Service Request for falling out of the standard processing times.. What a Joke..It's shameful how they make us wait for our love ones those are evil people who delay us.. But GOD had the final say in everything!!! I check my phone at 3am saturady Nov. 10 and it was from USCIS telling me to a update had been made. I check and it was approved!!! Jesus Thank You!!!

I have not received the mailed notification my lawyer will probably notifiy as well this week coming.. Oh It would be so nice if he could be here for Christmas.. Who long before NVC start moving on it.. When can I expect this to be over? When will he be here with me?.. My God it's been so long and we have been so patiently waiting!!
